Our standard skip hire is for a period of 14 Days. Should you need to extend this, please call us on 01245 466646 to arrange a later collection date.

A skip hire permit will be required when placing a skip on the road or local council-owned land. We will arrange a consent on your behalf, the cost for which is £50 + Vat (£60 total) which is charged by the local council. This payment is due in advance of the application and usually takes five working days to be issued. The permit covers a period of 14 days. Should it look like the skip hire will need to be extended past the 14 days, the permission must be renewed on day 8 of the skip hire to ensure the permit can be re-issued in time for the original 14-day expiry. Renewal of the skip hire permit will cost £35 + Vat. We will supply lights and cones to comply with safety when the skip is located on the road or in public areas.

You wouldn't need to be at home for your skip delivery if paying in advance. We'll need to know where you want the skip to be placed and it is free of any obstructions. There is no need to be at home upon collection, simply call us when you are ready to have your skip collected.
