Here at Dunmow Group we believe that it’s never too late for our customers to start recycling. We are dedicated to recycling 100% of your recyclable waste at our state of the art recycling transfer station, based in Brightlingsea, Colchester.

Over the years we have invested extensively in our Colchester recycling facility meaning we can re-purpose, reuse and redistribute almost any materials which have been brought to us from across Colchester, and the rest of Essex.

We receive large amounts of metals, woods, plastics, textiles, concrete and tyres at our Colchester waste station. Our dedicated team work hard to sort through the waste received so we’re able to recycle the different materials and prevent it from going landfill unnecessarily.

Our environmental policy, specifically designed to satisfy the requirements of the ISO 14001:2004 standard, means that we reduce pollution and increase the percentage of recycled materials in the market.

What is a waste transfer station?

A waste transfer station is a facility for sorting, recycling and onward transfer of all kinds of waste from general household to commercial waste, hazardous materials and construction waste materials.

Here at Dunmow Group we aim to recycle up to 100% of your recyclable waste. If it can be recycled, then we’ll recycle it, it’s as simple as that. We provide a recycling collection service too, so don’t worry if you don’t hold a waste carriers license, we’re more than happy to come to you.
